do88 turbo pressure pipe kit - Red

This kit is for you with high horsepower goals who want to upgrade to the absolute best! The do88 pressure pipes have considerably better airflow than stock. This is verified by several tests, both in car and in SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench of do88. Significant advantages with do88 charge pipes (OEM pipes):
- Air flow at 0,075 bar/1,09 psi pressure drop: 333 CFM (303 CFM), do88 10% higher! See diagram below
- Designed to handle high pressure and temperatures
The charge pipe between the tubo and intercooler is manufactured in 2,5” (63 mm) and the pipe between intercooler and throttle body is 2,75" (70 mm). Both pipes are mandrel bent seamless aluminium pipe. CNC machined sensor flange for best fit. Custom made high quality silicone hoses with 4 layers of polyester/aramid reinforcement. These hoses can handle very high temperature and pressure!
Always remember that the OEM intercooler pipes and hoses were designed for the power output the car had originally. A power increase or even very hard usage of the car in a standard version may cause the OEM pipes and hoses not providing the performance that you need. So only after an engine software tune, the do88 charge pipes will give a performance increase over the OEM pipes!

These hoses are entirely manufactured in high quality silicone for best finish and durability. With three to five layers of armory, depending of the inner diameter, the hoses withstand high pressure rates and high temperatures for a long time. The original hoses are manufactured in rubber that not seldom cracks from age. This is the durable solution for you that in addition improves the looks!
