to the contact address provided. If our company is unable to fulfill your request, because data management is
mandated by law, we will notify you within the same time frame of the refusal to fulfill your request by
letter to the contact address you provided, or in the case of an electronic request, we will fulfill it at the
electronic mail address.
8.4. Right to block
You can request in writing that your personal data be blocked by our company through the provided contact
information. The blocking lasts as long as the reason indicated by you makes it necessary to store the data.
You can request the blocking of your data, for example, if you believe that our company handled your request
illegally, but due to the official procedure initiated by you, it is necessary that our company does not
cancel your request. In that case, our company will continue to store your request - which is considered
personal data - until the authority is contacted, after which it will delete the data. Our company will
fulfill your request within a maximum of 25 days, and we will fulfill this request in a letter sent to the
contact address provided, or in the case of an electronic request, at the electronic mail address.
8.5. The right to protest
You can object to data processing in writing through the contact details provided, if your personal data is
forwarded or used by our company for the purpose of direct business acquisition, public opinion polls or
scientific research. For example, you can object to our company using your personal data for the purpose of
sending newsletters without your consent. You can object to data processing even if, in your opinion, it is
necessary to fulfill a legal obligation that applies exclusively to our company or to enforce your legitimate
interests, with the exception of data processing based on legal authorization. Thus, for example, you cannot
object to the processing of your legally defined data during invoicing.
If you object to our data management activity, we will examine it as soon as possible, but no later than 15
days, and we will make a decision on its validity, which we will communicate to you in writing. If you do not
agree with our decision, you have the right to appeal to a court in order to change the decision within 30
days of its delivery or, if we have not made a decision within the specified deadline.
9. The possibility of legal enforcement related to data management
If you submitted a request for correction, blocking or deletion to us or objected to data processing, but we
did not comply with your request, you have the right to appeal to a court or authority.
In court proceedings, you have the right to initiate proceedings at the court of your place of residence,
which will decide out of turn.
You can also initiate the procedure of the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority
(NAIH) if you experience a data protection violation. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that
the NAIH recommends to those concerned that in the event of a problem, they should first contact the data
controller in order to find a peaceful solution. In this case, therefore, we ask that if you have any problems
or needs, please bring them up to us first, although we cannot of course expect you to do so on a mandatory
