The kit consists of a clutch structure strengthened by about 25% and a so-called contains a heavy-duty organic disc.
The kit can transmit about 30% more torque than the factory Viggen structure.
The kit can transmit a torque of about 500-520Nm.
VERY IMPORTANT!! Normal driving is required with as many gear changes as possible. About 500-700km (300-450 miles) need moderate driving!
The heavy-duty organic material can withstand much more heat than a conventional organic disc, thus
it is more difficult to burn its surface. The pressure plate is built on a so-called pleated base, which guarantees that the clutch structure is highlighted and that there will be no problems in switching the individual or reverse gears.
The clutch pressure plate is reinforced and tested, it can guarantee an extra 25% compressive force on its own!
